Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Last minute cancelations will result in 50% of the service price being charged to card on file. No fee will be charged for appointments that are canceled or rescheduled before or at the 24 hour period.
NO CALL / NO SHOWS. The client will be charged 100% of the service fee to the card on file and will only be able to reschedule once.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY. If the treatment does not start on time, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly, and the client will be still be required to pay full price. If the client is more than 15 minutes late for a service, the service may have to be rescheduled and a cancelation fee will apply.
All booked appointments are considered confirmed if not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelation / No show policy will be applied.
